Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Review the job descriptions with client managers where ever possible to identify the right match.
- Oversee the web-based publication of job openings in job portal sites
- Review and respond promptly to all job applications
- Ability to evaluate the technical skills and professional attitude of job applicants
- Ability to match the skill set of job applicants with the requirements of specific positions available
- Evaluate the likelihood of job applicants to be able to provide efficient and personable interaction with clients
- Initiate interview process with top prospects
- Perform reference checks, including validation of technical certifications and work experience.

Description:
Sr. Java / web developer, database experience (esp. Oracle), working experience in bio-informatics helpful. Primary responsibilities include working as part of a team to provide application development and testing support for bioinformatics unit, including testing and development of genomics-related projects.
Task is to develop a program using java/xsl/xslt to convert TCGA XML clinical files to csv file which can be fed into or integrated with EZLoader, an internal system that loads clinical data into database.
The candidate must have the following skills:

The candidate will assist failure analysis engineers in Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) sample preparation using either a FEI 235 or Helios NanoLab 450S Dual Beam FIB (Focused Ion Beam) Microscope. In addition, support of ion milling sample cross-sectioning and other failure analysis duties many be requested at various times. The candidate will be expected to work independently off hours.
Skills:
Knowledge of vacuum systems, microelectronics device processing, packaging, device layout, semiconductor failure analysis, SEM and FIB operation would be preferred. Ability to work independently, problem solving skills, and willingness to interact with engineers is important.
